Friday, March 9, 2012. I picked these from my garden today. Aren’t they pretty? I think that Camelias are so exquisite. These Camelias will be blooming until April. They usually “die-off” before it gets too warm in May-June. The pink Camelias were much smaller this year. The awesome thing about Camelias is that I never need to water them. Ever. Sand and salt bags. I’ve had some little pieces drying in the beach hut and they are now done. These are experiments. I don’t know yet if they will be developed into something else but they have several properties that are quite promising. The pieces have been filled with a mixture of sand and salt and soaked in the sea until wet through and then left. They have taken between three and four weeks to dry out fully. Food for thought …. Friday, May 4, 2012. I’m back………. Hi, I'm sorry that I haven’t posted since March. My health took a turn for the worse with all of our rainy weather. I just couldn’t bring myself to write or do any projects because I was so stiff and in pain. Some days I couldn’t even move. lol. darn that Fibromyalgia. Now, anybody that knows me knows that I have to be pretty sick to not have any projects in the works. I received an IPAD for my birthday in March. I have had such a fun time with it!
