Although my job is safe, it is impossible not to be affected by the layoffs at my school site. Today, five talented and passionate teachers were told that they simply could not be kept on staff. NYC Marathon Training, Week 2. July 26, 2015. July 26, 2015. My plan for this week included two days of cross-training and three runs: 2 miles, 7 miles and 9 miles. This is what happened:. Monday – Spinning. 1 hour at home. Tuesday – Ran 2 miles.
