Just the Two of Us. Friday, July 11, 2014. And away we go. Our hearts have been ready for a long time, and the physical preparations are just about done. Suitcases are (mostly) packed. :). I am Hepatitis A - Tyhpoid - Malaria vaccinated. Mosquito net, air mattress, battery powered fan (with LOTS of extra batteries) and loads of coloring books, stickers, play-doh, and other crafty things are ready to go! Side note: We received a FREE first class ticket upgrade for our entire flight to Haiti and back!

Monday, March 31, 2014. Best games of the season. We had basketball at 10am and soccer at 2:15pm. The girls did amazing at both games. Ava had several break aways at basketball and scored 5 shots. Grace was a beast on offense and deffense. She scored 3 shots. Soccer was a great game for all the girls on the team. Several had their best game of the season. Monday, February 14, 2011. Washington and Utah Trip. In January, our family took a trip to go see Derek's side of the family in Poulsbo. It was about time! We hadn't seen them (except his folks and Rachelle) since we'd moved up to Alaska! So we were SUPER excited to see everybody and show Smith all his cousins and aunts and uncles.
