Friday, July 17, 2015. A new chapter (the end of Preschool). This was Chloe's first and last day of Preschool (4yr). She loved every second of it. Best decision I made for her. We adored her teachers in room 2 and plan to have all three girls go to Walnut Creek Presbyterian preschool. Chloe made a best friend 3's year, Jaelyn, and the girls play sooo well together! Monday, April 20, 2015. Penelope Mae 13 weeks (9 wks adjusted). Penelope started smiling (smirking more like) at 11 weeks (7 weeks adjusted) She smiles through her eyes mostly. She is a content baby. She likes quiet, and can be very sensitive to cold, and startles easily. She still has the moro reflex very strong. Penelope is not a fan of baths, or being undressed. Saturday, June 7, 2014. Ire that close to me and my kids. I wanted nothing more then to get my kids in my car and get far away from it. SO glad that it ended as good as it did! Josh got some tickets from a guy he was working with for a demolition derby so we all went the very next night. Friday, September 12, 2014. My sweet boy deserves his own post. He brought me to tears the other day. He reminded me that even though josh and I do not parent perfectly and have a lot to learn, we must be doing some things right. Each day at school Braden and his classmate start the day with their clip on "green". Sunday, April 12, 2015. April first came and I wasn't as prepared as usually. We all know this day ranks as just about my favorite day of the year! But with 4 kids I just wasn't up for the usual planning and scheming this time around which was dissapointed but I was too exhausted to care haha. Friday, October 31, 2014. How do I have a seven year old? I still remember the day she was born and SO many details about her first year like they were yesterday. Riley is a creative, artistic girl who is FUNNY. She is pretty sensative and quick to cry if she had disappointed anyone and she always aims to please. She has developed some attitude, not anything different than you would expect from a 7 year old though. We love love love our Riley! So glad she has such great friends! Wednesday, October 8, 2014.

Monday, November 4, 2013. After being fully recovered from our not-so-fun car troubles,. Devin was itching to climb. About a month ago, he took me on one heck of a climbing adventure. We climbed to the top of this baby, with 3 pitches. I believe this was after the first pitch. What a hunk this man is. And good thing I trust him with my life. Getting the rope ready for the next pitch. This was the second pitch.not even to the top yet! Climbing this beast became more like shimmying,. Picture in a crack!

I am so grateful that my kids also enjoy the mountains and walking on trails. they are the best at pushing past the tiredness and enjoy the beauty all around. I LOVE HIKES!
