Dave's Allotment: January 2006
http://davesallotment.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 18, 2006. Other than the areas where I still have things growing, the entire plot is now dug over - and many parts of it covered and manured. This is definitely the most organised the plot has ever been. The whole plot is pictured below left, and the Broad Beans under their cover of fleece are shown on the right. Posted by Dave at 1:55 PM. Dave's Allotment: November 2005
http://davesallotment.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 28, 2005. This weekend I also pulled up a handfull of leeks and some more parsnips. Posted by Dave at 1:34 PM. Monday, November 21, 2005. It was a freezing morning with the frost still very much present when I arrived. The steam pouring off the manure was incredible - looked more like a bonfire than a pile of poo! Dave's Allotment: August 2006
http://davesallotment.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 31, 2006. I also bagged up a load of weeds that I had been piling up and took them to the dump. There were also a couple of bags of junk to get rid of from the new plot that the previous owners had left behind. I then pruned out the raspberry canes that had fruited this year, and they went to the dump as well. They'd grown a bit too high to properly cover them in earth, but I raked up the soil around them as best I could (see before and after above). Posted by Dave at 1:54 PM. A few week...

Diggeroo: May 2009
http://diggeroo.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
One Woman's Keen Green Veg Growing Regime. Monday, 25 May 2009. Just maybe we're in for a good summer this year. With all the recent sunshine, everything's been springing to life. Just look at the spud planter, overflowing already. The beans are finally all planted out - I put them out in stages, half a dozen at a time. So far the later ones are looking better for being kept in the cold frame a couple of weeks longer. It was easy to put together and will easily hold four tomatoes and two cucumbers (or gh...

Diggeroo: Onion Planting and Making a New Path
http://diggeroo.blogspot.com/2009/02/onion-planting-and-making-new-path.html
One Woman's Keen Green Veg Growing Regime. Saturday, 21 February 2009. Onion Planting and Making a New Path. Spent a great afternoon in the garden today. First day this year that it's been mild enough to stay out all afternoon, so I got lots done and worked up a bit of an ache. So I had to bury it, and fast! Just for the record, I pruned back and mulched the raspberry cane before leaving the garden, and yes, I did put in a new path at the side of the pea bed. Posted by Gee W. Labels: making a path. One Woman's Keen Green Veg Growing Regime. Monday, 8 March 2010. That's the Toms all Sown up. Another year has come around, along with all the hopes and wishes for a good growing season this year - the last few years have been quite a challenge on the weather front, but still have provided lots of learning opportunities, even if they have been quite tough ones at the time.
