Broccoli and Cheese Breakfast Bites. At just 90 calories per “muffin,” these breakfast bites are packed with protein, veggies and gooey cheese for your on-the-go breakfast! Makes 12 “Muffins”. 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano. 1 Tbsp. salt. 1/2 tsp. pepper. 2 cups frozen broccoli (or 1 cup cooked fresh). 3 slices Kraft 2% Milk American Singles. Note: It’s ok if some of the broccoli is still col;, it will heat up when you bake your bites! In a large bowl add your eggs and scramble.

Planting Herbs for Spring. I hope you’re having an easy, lazy Sunday! Today I decided it was time to start planting herbs for the spring. It’s a bit early here since the last winter frost is normally in March however, I decided that I could grow herbs inside by the window sill until it was a bit warmer and then move them outside in a few weeks.
