Silly thoughts of a silly girl. Wednesday, August 3, 2011. Back in the saddle again. However this time I am doing Medifast. I have a great coach, Megan, who rocks! I just started attending Weight Watchers a few weeks ago when I admitted that this baby weight is not going to lose itself. As it turns out, baby weight can include the 60 lbs I gained before even conceiving. Who knew? Anyway, I am 75 lbs from my goal. I think 1 year is an appropriate time-line for me. Monday, July 28, 2008. Just a little bragging. I thought I should post that I consumed just 1425 calories today. That is a feat for me considering I have effectively doubled or tripled that number each and every day for the past few weeks at least. I hope to be on the downward trend scale-wise. Blah, blah, blah. Tuesday, April 7, 2009. Surgical Happenings in the Hite Family. Today, in fact at this very moment, my mommy is going through gastric bypass surgery. I'm very nervous that there are no complications. But I love her and send her my love and I'll be giving off good vibes all day. I will radiate love and hope like the sun radiates. light?
