Dan was in the army at the time so it was a very small event since we were not even sure that Dan would be able to make it home for the wedding. Well he did make it home and we were married civially. The little boy here is "in training", carrying a small jerry can that holds about a quart of water. This is the graduating class from the first career workshop we had the opportunity to teach. Sunday, January 2, 2011. Angie and Dani were a great help in re-doing our "Path to Exaltation" bulletin board. It's a lot more colorful than our original. Saturday, January 1, 2011. Penny, Dani and Angie visited us for a couple of weeks. On their last day we hosted a "Hair Plaiting" party. We had six sisters from our branch doing the plaiting. It took about seven hours including breakfast and lunch. It was a fabulous time. Love this picture. It was taken right after the hair plaiting party.

Reilly wanted to bowl and showed off his dancing skills after he knocked down pins. :). Avery wants to do everything that she sees her big brother do. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. We visited New Hope orphanage again, the day before Christmas. We brought lunch, played with the kids, and gave them presents. It was a great day for us as well. Here we have Bekah playing jump rope with the kids and Luke with a new friend. Here's the family serving lunch. We brought the meat(beef and chicken) both very much a rarity at orphanages. Saturday, May 30, 2015. Summer Camping Has Begun! The bathroom makes it all worth it (especially for a pregnant lady)! The kids had a blast playing on the playground and in the boats on the lake. After we left Zion's Camp we headed just down the road to Twanah State Park and had lunch and played at the beach for a while. The sun was out and it was so nice just to sit on the beach and soak up the vitamin D! These pictures are all out of order, but you get the idea of what we did. Saturday, May 9, 2015.
