Adventures with food in and around my home, Toronto, ON, Canada. Here’s a really simple gluten-free spicy chicken I make all the time. I get chicken with skin on, because I like how the skin gets a little crispy. Also, I should note that I bake this in my Flavourwave. A kitchen device I swear by. It keeps my meats really juicy and is more effective than the oven at giving me that crispy skin. This recipe is for 4 servings. What you’ll need:. 4 chicken breasts (skin on). Frac12; teaspoon table salt.
