Into one bed went lettuces, potatoes, celery, and radish. Into a second went peas and last year's Brussels sprouts remain. Into a third bed went spring onions. No brassicas this year. The great thing about all three is depending on how you cook them and what you serve them with, they can pack a nutritious power punch.
