Sustainability | Edible Guernsey
http://edibleguernsey.gg/sustainability

We believe the production of food should be undertaken as part of a cycle where every last scrap has purpose. We will be composting on site, making use of scrap and recycled materials in our construction whenever appropriate, and working to respect the natural cycles and the wider environment around us.
