London Calling: March 2015
http://elder-green.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 23, 2015. Elder Law, Elder Johnson, Elder Mercer, and me. Portsmouth Zone with President and Sister Millar. It's been a good last week, actually. I'm really pleased with it. This marks the third time falling ill in the last six months-ish, which is kind of ridiculous, but I decided that I would use it as an opportunity to work really hard despite feeling sick. So, I worked through the headaches, and! I'm even more ill now. But! We saw so many miracles from it that I don't even care! It was ...

http://elder-green.blogspot.com/2015/03/i-just-want-to-work-with-everything.html
Monday, March 16, 2015. I just want to work with everything.". It was definitely good seeing you guys yesterday ("seeing" being a relative term). But honestly, it was really good to chat, and I'm glad to see that people do miss me. (It was Mother's Day in England yesterday, and since he will be home so close to American Mother's Day, he got to skype with us this week.). Elder Mercer and I out in the country. Taking a close look at a dead badger. Are you a Dodgers Fan? Me: Do you like the Dodgers? PS- Her...

London Calling: December 2014
http://elder-green.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 29, 2014. Winchester is located in Southampton, in the Portsmouth Zone. Well, looks like your prayers were answered. I don't have a ton of time to write today, since I've got a million things to do before moving off to Winchester. It's a lot more countryside than Clapham is, so there's a plus, and it's in good ol' Portsmouth Zone, which means I'll be able to see all of my Chichester friends. I'm pretty stoked about that. I'll be follow-up training again (third time's the charm, right?

London Calling: Mission life has become..."Normal"
http://elder-green.blogspot.com/2015/04/mission-life-has-becomenormal.html
Monday, April 13, 2015. Mission life has become."Normal". It is incredibly strange to think that Rory is now married. Like, beyond all belief. I'm really happy for him, though, and especially that he married someone so amazing. I love Rachel, and I know that they'll be phenomenal together. I'm sending off a kind-of wedding gift today for him (though it's not really much). I miss that guy so much. Scotty too! Anyway, that's all the exciting bits for the week. I'll throw in a few pictures too. Trains, Wait...

London Calling: A Really Good, Weird Week
http://elder-green.blogspot.com/2015/03/a-really-good-weird-week.html
Monday, March 9, 2015. A Really Good, Weird Week. A hipster photo for this week.I'm sorry, I saw "Mainstream Court" and couldn't resist. The ironic bit is that it's a dead end. Ha ha ha! I can't believe that Tahoe got called to Rome! So, what happened this week? We've also had a ton of people giving us referrals this last week, which is really unusual. The one we were able to contact wasn't very solid, but we'll keep going by the others. So, I look forward to seeing you Sunday! A Really Good, Weird Week.

Elder Hughes | Serving in Brazil: November 2015
http://elderwalkerhughes.blogspot.com/2015_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 30, 2015. A Thriller of a Week. Photo courtesy José Filho. Happy after Thanksgiving to you! This week we had a huge miracle in the ward here—after about 4 months of learning and gaining a testimony and going to church here, our investigator Eduarda got baptized! So awesome, and we are all super happy for her! We are teaching her mom and sister now too. This week we also had another awesome miracle. We knocked on a door about 4 days ago and a little old man answered and said, "Oh! The wee...

Elder Hughes | Serving in Brazil: December 12 | Missionary Work
http://elderwalkerhughes.blogspot.com/2016/12/december-12-missionary-work.html
Saturday, December 17, 2016. December 12 Missionary Work. Elders Amancio, Vasconcelos, me. This was a good week! It’s extremely hot here—got a sunburn through my shirt the other day while singing at a stake choir performance of Christmas songs here on a street corner on Saturday—good stuff! What I love about missionary work right now is how we can see the gospel have a huge, transformative effect in peoples’ lives. I feel like maybe I’m understanding missionary work these days? Have a great week! Decembe...

Elder Hughes | Serving in Brazil: March 2016
http://elderwalkerhughes.blogspot.com/2016_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 31, 2016. What eight months looks like. We walked a lot this week. A whole lot. There are more hills here than in São José, so that’s exciting. Also, we’re eating lots of pizza here—regular sized pizza along with small mini pizzas that are sweet and are dessert. Good stuff. Loving missionary work. Working hard and having fun. On Wednesday we are going to the temple which will be a welcome miracle! It will be awesome to go, and also to see other people in the mission. Me and Elder David.
