It was awesome :) Alyssa and I contributed candy that we bought at Costco. 169 Days in the ROK. My six months in South Korea. Sunday, July 31, 2011. Saturday morning, I got up early and got ready for our family trip to the beach. I made a ton of PB&J sandwiches, as well as chobap. We finally left around 1ish, and we took the bus for an hour to the Incheon beach, where we met my host father, who had come early and set up the tent. I could only see a bunch of people way out in the distance where the tide was. The next morning, we woke up and ate, and then it started pouring rain!

A group of my friends and I were planning on celebrating in the dorms and making a full on Thanksgiving dinner, but sadly dorm head was pretty set on saying no. A lot of people ended up staying in Hirakata and going to an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We stepped it up a level by going to Umeda in Osaka and going to Outback Steakhouse. Monday, July 27, 2009. Well, I end my lovely trip to Japan on post twenty. The Sunday after my last post, we went to the Ageo festival, where I got to wear a yukata, and pretend I was Japanese. It was so much fun! And there were sooooooooooo many people! I was thrilled to go! The day after that Ayu, otoosan and I went to Yokohama! We took a boat tour around the bay, and ate in Japanese China Town. Which is the exact opposite of the San Francisco China Town: expensive. So we ate and left. It was a blast!
