European Mouse Phenotyping Resource of Standardised Screens (EMPReSS) Slim. EUMORPHIA developed standardised phenotyping screens and made these available at www.empress.har.mrc.ac.uk. EUMODIC has developed a selection of the EUMORPHIA screens, and called them EMPReSSslim. These screens were compiled into pipelines structured for comprehensive, primary, high throughput phenotyping of large numbers of mice. To see the EMPReSSslim pipelines applied at these centres please click here.
