What is an e-portfolio? Feedback and Feed Forward. 1) Encourage reflective thinking and goal setting. 2) Strengthen self-identity through celebrating successes. 3) Identify the accomplishments and needs of the learner and so promote personalised learning. 4) Enhance learning through formative assessment. 5) Give opportunities to build a stronger learning support team for the student that includes the teacher, family members and their peers. 7) Raise academic achievement. 9) Foster home-school partnerships.
