http://livingthecoloryellow.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Sunshine, Lemon Drops, and Yellow Daisies. Life is Good. It's as simple as that! Friday, April 27, 2012. Lucy, Puddleglum, and Lasaraleen. My family and I established that I have been exposed to The Chronicles of Narnia. Since I was 3 years old. It all began when we lived in Yemen. Our nightly routine consisted of us piling on mom and dad's bed and listening to daddy do his best rendition of Clive Staples' fantastical stories. 2 Puddleglum the Marshwiggle. 3 Lasaraleen the Calormene Tarkheena. Lucy belie...

Sunshine, Lemon Drops, and Yellow Daisies: The Sly Challenge
http://livingthecoloryellow.blogspot.com/2014/02/the-sly-challenge.html
Sunshine, Lemon Drops, and Yellow Daisies. Life is Good. It's as simple as that! Saturday, February 15, 2014. Well, here I am again asking you to guess. I know it has been months. I hope you can bear with me a little while longer. The voice of Roger Miller opens this classic Disney tale. It is an odd mix of a whimsical and a modern tale. It was one of my favorites nonetheless, and the dvd is currently sitting on the bookshelf in my living room. You may be asking yourself, "What does this fox say?

grace notes: January 2011
http://graceface21.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 15, 2011. Over winter break, I've been trying to catch up on my reading. When I was in high school, I was always baffled by the college students who said that they were so busy that they didn't have time to read anymore. "Well, I'll make time! If there be any reserve in my giving to. Him who so loved that He gave. His Dearest for me;. If there be any secret "but" in my. Then I know nothing of Calvary love. Tuesday, January 4, 2011. grace notes: Downton Abbey Withdrawals
http://graceface21.blogspot.com/2012/03/downton-abbey-withdrawals.html
Thursday, March 8, 2012. Lady Violet: "You are quite wonderful the way you see room for improvement wherever you look. I never knew such reforming zeal.". Lady Isobel Crawley: "I take that as a compliment.". Lady Violet: "I must have said it wrong.". Lady Cora: "Are we to be friends then? Lady Violet: "We are allies, my dear, which can be a good deal more effective.". Lady Violet: "Well give him a date for when Mary is out of mourning. No one wants to kiss a girl in black.". And, the general favorite:.

Patterson Place: March 2013

March 11, 2013. Sweet baby Emma is already 9 months old! How in the world can this be? It still seems like I should have a newborn in my nursery. Emma's main mode of transportation these days is rolling around and around. She's quite the roley-poley and I love it. She can't quite crawl yet, but I'm 100% ok with that. No sense rushing time. She'll be getting married before I know it! This little girl l-o-v-e-s her pacifier! We love you, sweet girl! Please excuse the long absence! Emma and I are so proud o...

Patterson Place: New Coats of Paint vol.3
http://thepattersonhomeplace.blogspot.com/2014/10/new-coats-of-paint-vol3.html
October 1, 2014. New Coats of Paint vol.3. Green Shutters to Black Shutters. The shutters on our house were dark green to match the door. When I painted the door red and the metal on the glass door black, I decided the shutters needed a coat of paint too. I used Rust-o-leum Satin Black spray paint. It was a cinch! Can you believe it? I still need to put the shutters back up on the upstairs windows, but as that seems a little treacherous, I'll wait until we can use a giant ladder outside.

grace notes: October 2011
http://graceface21.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 7, 2011. When I was younger, I always rolled my eyes at those people that said, "Oh, I love to read, but I just don't have time any more." I thought it was complete hogwash. Being the over-opinionated eleven year old that I was, I would adamantly declare to myself. "I will never be like that. I will always have time to read.". Confession: I have become that person. I made up excuses, of course. Oh, I am reading, really. It's just that I'm reading textbooks instead of actual books. By Bhar...

Sunshine, Lemon Drops, and Yellow Daisies. Life is Good. It's as simple as that! Wednesday, April 16, 2014. His laughter couldn't be helped, but as protector he had to fulfill his duties, and he did. You knew that church and family were important. Quiet faith was reflected in a very big heart. We all know that he loves us. The same little blonde has grown to 22 years of age. In her heart, she is saying "Don't argue me, Granddaddy. You have taken care of us and loved us to the best of your ability...Dear ...

Sunshine, Lemon Drops, and Yellow Daisies: July 2012
http://livingthecoloryellow.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Sunshine, Lemon Drops, and Yellow Daisies. Life is Good. It's as simple as that! Tuesday, July 10, 2012. In terms of pennies, 10,000 of them take up a lot of space. 10,000 children running around would be overwhelming, but you know I would love it! If we were talking about 10,000 breaths, we would be thankful for those releases of carbon dioxide. What about 10,000 reasons to praise Jesus? Do we live everyday with those reasons in the forefront of our minds? 1 a day = 27.4 years. 5 a day = 5.5 years.
