Second Chances by Erin. October 12, 2015. October 12, 2015. I am trying not to get too excited but…not only have I successfully completed week 1 but I lost 6.8 pounds. To be fair, I always lose the first 5 pounds really easily. The nice part is I have noticed my body adjusting to this way of eating. I eat only when I am hungry and it takes a lot less to fill me up.
