If you think drinking coffee/tea counts towards you daily water intake, think again. For every coffee/tea you drink you should be drinking 2 or more extra cups of water per day. Single Session: $70.00. One session/week $60 each. Two sessions/week $50 each. Three sessions/week $45 each. Do you have a group of friends that want to get in shape together? Groups of 2-6 people. Sessions will be held in various parks in town while the weather is nice, once it gets too cold to be outside groups will be moved to an indoor location.
