Saturday, September 1, 2012. PDR and Virtual Run! My morning started super early! Woohoo, I did it! I finished in 2:49:47 with an average of 11:19 per mile. It is a training run and I needed to get the mileage in. My ankle is not 100% but it has felt the best it has in a few weeks! Considering this was a training run and my ankle is sssssooooorrrrrreeeeee, I am satisfied with my time. My well earned post run treat:) So happy that I did not deal with any tummy issues! I hope I win something!

Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Marathon Training and Weigh In. Happy to report that my ankle has been feeling much better. Not perfect, but better. I did my long run Saturday and then took Sunday off. I did a Labor Day 5k on Monday with my neighbor. I was not worried about my time and only needed the mileage. I stayed with my friend for the entire race trying to encourage her. Sunday, September 9, 2012. Today could not have been prettier! Perfect weather that makes you feel like fall. Is on its way! So pretty today and my husband and I knew we wanted to go biking. We are fortunate to have many options to choose from. We decided to head to BWI trail. The trail was pretty crowded today with bikers, runners and walkers. Perfect weather to have the top down on the jeep and load up the bikes. The trail is about 30 minutes from our house. We had a great time! This hummus was awesome!
