Söön 1725 kcal ja see on piisav, et kaal vaikselt langeks ja et oleks ka energiat trenni teha. Tegelikult oli esialgne plaan kaloraazi langetada, aga kuna kaal langeb ka sellega ja pilt läheb aina paremaks, siis polnud selleks vajadust.
