Run 'til you Drop! Training my body to be the best it can be! Day 9 – 100 Miles in 10 Days. September 21, 2012. Was not what I was expecting at all. After being ill with a migraine on day 8. And really struggling through it, then waking up on day 9. Still feeling drained, still not 100%. I started the day speaking with the local radio station, Banbury Sound 107.6. It wasn’t the quickest 10 miler. I’ve ever run but for this stage in the challenge after running 80 miles. Here’s the stats for day 9...

Thursday, 15 April 2010. Are you exercising right? Here are a few tips that can help you on your way:. Always stay well hydrated before, during and after exercise - A dehydrated body will not perform to it's best. Cramping can occur, a lack of energy will be noticeable and fatigue can set in very quick. If you feel thirsty the damage is already done! Don't always stick to what your good at, try the things you're not so good at and watch the progression. Finally, don't over do it! Are you exercising right?
