I hit snooze. 5:35 alarm goes off. I hit snooze. 5:45 alarm goes off. I hit snooze, then debate. do I go to kettlebell at 6am or do I attempt to go after work. fortunately I like about a mile away from the gym. . Today's workout was good, lots of variety. Did the following twice. . Work for 1 minute. Rest for 30 seconds.

This week went WAY. Enough of that. . On Thursday to save my sanity and get a task completed I went to the greenhouse after work. It was excellent therapy, running around acres of greenhouse. . I do have good things happening to people around me. Then Friday another friend accepted a job working for my hubby!

Its crunch time, I'm scrambling to get things ready for Reach the Beach. We don't leave till 6pm, but there are little things I kind of put off. . Like printing out the handbooks that we are required to have two of. So my day in food. Was running late again, so I packed up my mix-ins for my at work oats. Mix-ins: blueberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, ground flax.
