這是我先生，我太太，我小孩，我父母，. 一旦你認識了這要駁斥的對境，那麼，當你正在想著我僅僅是依緣而生起的時候，當你正在想著從它自己那一方顯現為真實的我，僅僅是一種幻相的時候，當你專注於這是要駁斥的對境這種心念的時候，剎時間，無始以來，你曾深信的這個我消失了。我將自我帶給我的愛滋病還給自我，完全摧毀它，使它完全無法再生起。當然，貪著的根本在於癡，在於不明瞭諸法自性空、不知我的真相、不懂我僅僅是假立名言、本身空性存在的心。投射在僅僅名言假立的我之上的固有存在之我，並不存在。它在相信虛幻的我等等那些不存在的對境是實有的情況下才生起，因此，在思惟我、諸法皆空時，就沒有根據。當貪著那個我時，你說我要快樂，然後你忘了其他有情，而且不覺得其他有情也要快樂。成就空性的心中不會有諸如這是空性、這是在禪修的心、我在禪修這樣的見解。如果你想現觀、了悟中觀的思想，體驗龍樹的教法，證悟心經的旨趣整個佛法的心要，最好的方法就是修習菩提心。要了悟空性我的實相，必須具備很大的善緣，光是頭腦好，辯經行，那還不足。
