Dr Tracy Morse (Thomson) from Pitcaple near Inverurie has lived and worked in Malawi since 2000 as a Health Initiative Project Manager on behalf of Strathclyde University and is funded by the Scottish Government. Last year she was presented with a medal by Strathclyde University for her work in Malawi helping people in rural villages to set up projects by which they could help themselves.
