Monday, September 14, 2009. I'm finally, officially.Mrs. Murphy! K, now that that's outta the way, we've been in Ireland since the 8th September. Our tour officially ended this morning, and we're spending the next two days in Dublin on our own, exploring. The tour was absolutely. On our first night the tour group took part in a medieval feast in Bunratty, and Will and I were crowned the Earl and Lady or Thomond :) That's just a taste of everything we've experienced so far ;). Monday, March 12, 2012. 4 frozen, uncooked chicken breasts (about 2 pounds). 2 10oz cans mild green enchilada sauce. 2 105oz cans cream of mushroom soup. 8 oz cream cheese. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper. 1/2 tsp. creole seasoning. 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper. 6 cups cooked rice. Place all ingredients except the cooked rice in a crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Stir with 2 forks to shred chicken. Serve over warm cooked rice. 1 c packed brown sugar.
