Two-Lane Blacktop: July 2011
http://twolaneblacktop.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Old highways and towns keep me on the back roads. Sunday, July 10, 2011. I rode with my friend Steve from Scooter In the Sticks. This weekend. We put on a few miles. Steve rides a Vespa most days, but today he had a Triumph Scrambler. On loan from Kissel Motor Sports. When I was looking for that first bike four years ago, the Scrambler topped my list. It's simple design embodied what I was looking for in a motorcycle. It still does. But that classic boxer engine of the old BMWs won out. Links to this post.

Phillips on Phinney: April 2010
http://phillipsonphinney.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 21, 2010. St Louis in less than 4 days. Last week was a multi-purpose trip to St. Louis. Colby attended and presented at the annual SAA conference. I decided to tag along so we could make it a family visit and to meet some of my colleagues at AT&T. The absolute highlight of the trip was spending the weekend with Mike, Missy, Carlyn and Chris. They showed us a good midwestern time that included some serious youth sports action, BBQ and family togetherness. We miss them already!
