So, in the first half we lost three games in the last inning, in the second half we've won two and tied one, in the last inning. Even tho we have been very competitive this year, I really think I'm ready to wind down my "career". (I especially feel that way after a 9:00 game. Last game of what could be my last season (altho as long as I am needed, I shall answer the call). Actually I pitched one heck of a game but I'd hate going out with only going 1-4. It was actually a pretty fun season, since for the most part the league has reached parity. Soccer, futbol, whatever. So, this was the 6th week of the season and the first time "the kids" have played in less than 90 degree weather. Gabe has improved exponentially from last year (in no small part (I think) because his dad is coaching this year). Elayna, when she forgets how lady like she is, plays excellently. Noah, sometimes shows that he really should be playing in the age division below, but in the long run, benefits. Noah scored the winning goal in the last two minutes and they won 4-3.

Of course, being me I managed to break open the stitches on one of the incisions almost right away and had to go back to the hospital this morning.
