Sunday, September 2, 2012. My daughters 8th b-day party tomorrow, so the workout might be a tad bit lighter, well see what we have time for. Lorraines got a Tri in a week, so her workout takes priority :-). I dont have the August numbers in front of me, but think I ended close to 115 run miles and 70 or so on the bike. Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Another month has come and gone, and with it, the 2012 mileage totals are continuing to rise. Total Run Miles – 101.9. Total Bike Miles – 115. Total Swim Minutes – 334. As compared to last July, I’m off on the running miles (133.6 last year), but higher on the bike miles and much higher with the swimming minutes.
