Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong. From Tropical Earth To Middle Earth. Thursday, July 31, 2014. Consider this one fresh from my page. It's not today but atleast just less than a month ago. No car that day. So it was walk-bus-train-walk again- kind of day. Let's focus on the train ride. Only because it was our first train ride here in Middle Earth. Also, this train is not a LRT (light rail transit), unlike the ones in the city of my Tropical Earth. It's a railroad train. To cut the long. Luckily, there was (only one!

Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong. From Tropical Earth To Middle Earth. Wednesday, January 29, 2014. Festival of Roses.part2. Part 1 posts are already piling-up over here. So before my poor memory totally fails me, might as well. continue. For the Festival of Roses, right there is where I left off. We now go back to the pretty Parnell Rose Gardens, otherwise known as the Dove-Myer Robinson Park. Reminded me to secure undies when wearing low cut jeans:) ). The puppy is wiser than his dad:). Allright, the legit ones:.

Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong. From Tropical Earth To Middle Earth. Thursday, August 29, 2013. This recipe post is for my friend Joyce. I like it when she asks me about things (places/dishes) from my Tropical Earth, I could easily pretend as an expert. haha. Is one of the most favorite, yummiest desserts in Tropical Earth. It's a fruit salad variation actually. Ingredients are all available in Asian shops. 1 gelatin- 2 pockets. 2 sago/tapioca pearl - half of a pack. 4 milk and cream. Very few drops of condensed ...

Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong: Orewa Beach (part1)
http://fromtropicalearthtomiddleearth.blogspot.com/2014/04/orewa-beach-part1.html
Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong. From Tropical Earth To Middle Earth. Sunday, April 27, 2014. Moving back to my first summer here last December, this was the second beach we hopped onto. The first beach was here. In Northshore. Another beautiful beach within reach. Just less then 30 minutes drive from our home here. I like it that the beach is so big, it wud take 1/4 of the city's population to fill it up to the brim. Finding your own corner of the beach is so not a challenge at all. So I'll see you again. I've be...

Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong. From Tropical Earth To Middle Earth. Tuesday, December 17, 2013. Funny how we got Auckland Botanic Gardens. In our list. During our trip to Rotoroa. In October this year, we mistakenly entered an out of way exit along the motorway (/highway) going out of Auckland. That exit brought us right at the main entrance gate of this botanic gardens. My girls eyed it and made a mental note to visit it next time. There are permanent art sculptures like this one (photo), apart from the tempora...

Green Kiwi w/ Bagoong. From Tropical Earth To Middle Earth. Sunday, June 30, 2013. Prior to our move here, I was warned by husband how strict Middle Earth is about food entry. To make it safe, we didn't bring any food not even a single particle! Thus whatever snacks my teens had in their bags, were left in the plane before we touched down the airport. Good girls as we were, we had a breezy pass at the airport custom department. Which happened to be just one of the countless numbers around Middle Earth.
