I will be bringing into the chamber later today just two or three weapons from those that are on display because I want members to see the types of weapons that people are carrying in Northbridge and the CBD. I will bring in only two or three, because I think any more than that would be a stunt, and I am not looking to do a stunt. However, I want people to see. I can with the Speaker’s permission. Both really get on my nerves, but for the former, it feels like the writer knows about the rules, but doesn't know how to apply them, whereas the latter smacks more of laziness. I don't know about you, but whenever I read something that's missing a question mark, I mentally hear it in a flat monotone, without the all important end of sentence "lift" given by the punctuation. But that's just me, I am rather odd. Anyway, it just really grates. How could they have printed this huge sign without noticing the absence of question marks? Sunday, February 8, 2009. Sunday, May 12, 2013. If you had asked me many years ago, I would have assured you I would have had a house full of children. A dream that remained until a little over 13 years ago.
