Thursday, March 14, 2013. My very wise husband recently told me : "We have to take affection on her terms." This was after a conversation lamenting over the fact that our daughter doesn't like being affectionate. I was somewhat prepared, that at a certain age I would have to stop kissing her in public. Saturday, July 23, 2011. Chloe and I spent a lot of time in the hot tub and at the pool. Of course, you can't go to the beach for a week and not get in the ocean. We suffered through the June grass and did have fun. She came up with a smile on her face every time. Pawpaw joined us for the first three days. Monday, September 24, 2012. I love the honesty of my girl. I was productive today. I got up, took her to school, ran three miles. Came home, cleaned house. Fall always makes me want to cook. With my kitchen being remodeled it's been hard to feel like getting in there, but I decided I was going to make bread today. After the bread machine was going, I realized I had forgotten the salt. I thought to myself, this won't/can't make that much of a difference. Boy, was I wrong. I asked her "how is the bread?

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Steve in the Creepy mask. He kept aggravating us with it! Happy 7th Birthday Sammy! We celebrated Sammy and Angela's birthday yesterday! We had a great time last night Trick or Treating. The kids got a lot of candy.too much. :) It got a little cool close to the end but very enjoyable evening. Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Our drive to LaFayette. We left for Nana's sometime after 9 am This was our drive there! Taylor's Ridge going into Summerville was closed so we had to go through Subligna to get there. This is West Armuchee Rd. The church parking lot. I think everyone had a good Christmas this year! Friday, May 21, 2010. A weekend with PopPop. So glad to have my dad visit us over the weekend and celebrate so many things. To start it off on Thursday evening Drews baseball team played in their championship game and WON it! I failed to tell my dad Drews baseball party was after the game and he could enjoy dinner at Fudruckers with 11 6/7 year olds. He was sooo happy. Then on for a evening of watching the boys swim and cook out. Steaks for PopPops 72 birthday. Nana and Bob shared in the fun.
