After failing to find a cycle hire company within East Yorkshire we promptly visited halfords and purchased four bikes, helmets, pumps, repair kits and locks and created a guest cycle hire service just in time for our guests arrival. Tales from Great Hatfield. Post Office Pantry is based at the old Post Office in Great Hatfield. Since retiring, I have merged my love of gardening and cookery to produce chutneys, pickles, jams, jellies, curds, biscuits and cakes, using local or home-grown ingredients wherever possible. Recently, I have been rearing plants and herbs and now have a variety on sale. Vegetables will be available in season. I have quite a large cottage garden and am happy to advise people on cottage garden plants.
