We're hoping to play with lots of snow, but we were happy to play even with little patches of them. We spent Thanksgiving at home. The kids love it! Samantha and Parker made a large mount of snow, they will make a fort later. We headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner. The kids like to be with their cousins! Having been given a jelly roll and a quilting book for Christmas 2010, there is no excuse not to get on with quiltmaking. Here's what happened next. Saturday, 24 September 2016. Binding and and a label - a finish. This orange binding hits the mark, after my squiggly FMQ border design. Which just leaves a label to embroider and attach. Not quite square, but near enough. She was more taken by the animals on the back, than the 'pretty' side, but that just goes to show that the backing choice was a good one!
