PORTERPARK DIARIES: June 2015
http://porterparkdiaries.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Thank goodness for pools! I've never really like swimming. I'm sure it goes back to my childhood days where we had swim lessons as a part of curriculum in elementary school in Utah. I didn't get along with the teacher and I was always suffering with ear infections, so let's just say it's not a favorite past time. A WEEK FULL OF FAMILY. On May 31st, Amy and Riley flew down to Vegas to hang out with Thomas and I for a week! Cora had recently been taught the game of throwing pennies in the fountains, so she...

PORTERPARK DIARIES: May 2015
http://porterparkdiaries.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
A BIT OF NEVADA COUNTRY. Can you believe this amazingness is only twenty minutes from my house? I had no idea how incredible Nevada country was! I have had many people tell me how much they love Red Rock National Park, but it was still much more than I expected! Also, a couple of weekends ago we hit up the Clark County fair! Yes, in April. It was so much like good 'ol Idaho I could almost/literally taste it! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). We are high school sweethearts. A FEW IDEAS FOR A MORE SUCCESSFUL LIFE.

A FEW IDEAS FOR A MORE SUCCESSFUL LIFE. FIND THE POSTERS HERE! To see more of my favorite quotes I've designed, visit Design by Caley. Half-way through my childhood years, my mom found a 1'x3' poster of these instructions. And hung it in front of the toilet in the bathroom that the we all used. Let's just say it was good reading material.{uh hum} ;). And over time I actually memorized most of it. But, I noticed it was fading from the window and realized. Here's what I've come up with. I'll come say hello!

PORTERPARK DIARIES: HALF OF THE HALF-WAY MONTH
http://porterparkdiaries.blogspot.com/2015/07/half-of-half-way-month.html
HALF OF THE HALF-WAY MONTH. Time goes so fast these days that I'm at the point of having just two seasons in my life: after Christmas (January to June) and before Christmas (July-December). The 4th of July seems to come so fast after Christmas.every year it's shocking to me. The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays! And I'm going to be real.it was realllllly. We just stayed at home (and I may have cried about it). July 11th marked our 8th wedding anniversary! And that evening we drove up to Mount C...

PORTERPARK DIARIES: CHAPTER 19 - THE LUCKIEST
http://porterparkdiaries.blogspot.com/2014/07/chapter-19-luckiest.html
CHAPTER 19 - THE LUCKIEST. I attempted to do my hair in ringlets for my bridals, but that ended up in a disaster. So after two different hair dresser's attempts and major tears, we pulled it up. I ended up really liking it pulled up after all.). I finished my makeup and put on my brown skirt, celadon green undershirt, and white blazer. We gathered up my dress, slips, accessories, temple attire, and extra hairspray and make up. With full hearts, we kissed each other as husband and wife. Each member wh...

PORTERPARK DIARIES: TO IDAHO TO SAY ADIOS
http://porterparkdiaries.blogspot.com/2015/08/to-idaho-to-say-adios.html
TO IDAHO TO SAY ADIOS. That next morning I got up and headed over to Jensen's Grove to see my mom finish her first race! She had been preparing for it for a few months and it was so great to see her finish! I was so proud of her! Since it was Emily's birthday we had to have our traditional backyard wiffle-ball game! It took a few hours, but it was full of laughter, home runs, bruises, and eventually my team won. Good times! Thank you so much for your sweet comments! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Emily's World: EW
http://emilypark11.blogspot.com/2014/11/ew.html
For the stake talent show, I convinced my roommate Amandee to do ribbon dancing (like Marisa did her freshman year at college.). We stayed up until a wonderful 3:30 am the night before creating the dance. (I also had to edit the music). We performed it and everyone LOVED it! It was so fun! I loved doing it!
