Et puis, on trouve de plus en plus de gâteaux à la polenta dans les cafés et j’en avais dégusté un délicieux à Bath parfumé à l’orange. Je vous avais d’ailleurs parlé de la Polenteria. Le resto dédié à la polenta dans Soho. 60ml de sirop d’érable ou sirop de dates. 1 pincée de sel.
