Juicy pork patty spiced with feta cheese, served with a crunchy Asian slaw and even more pork in the form of crispy bacon strips. I’m not saying it was easy. This pork specifically was a task. Why? Herbivores topped my mind when choosing a place to farewell my vegetarian colleague, and I hope it succeed in leaving her a tasty memory. Pumpkin Carbonara was phenomenal the sauce was so pumpkinly and slightly sweet, I couldn't tell if the sweetness was from the pumpkin or seasoning, fragrant mushrooms in it gave the dish a wonderful touch.
