I'm trying not to use it when I don't have to, but today I've been gchatting and feel somewhat ok. I still have of course kept up my twitter addiction because I can't stay off my phone. My heart was super racing and acting alittle weird on Friday so now I'm on some meds. Back to the doc tomorrow. Feel terrible that I'm being a horrible friend on lj and in rl.
