So how was the coffee? | The Inevitable Pear

https://inevitablepear.wordpress.com/2010/04/22/so-how-was-the-coffee

An experiment in living life fully. Laquo; Coffee: Baba-style. Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free What? So how was the coffee? April 22, 2010 by inevitablepear. Well…not very nice actually. The batch I took pictures of was a bit thick. The coffee I bought was some proper Greek stuff that is ground to a really fine powder. I have never seen coffee ground that fine! What’s in the coffee jar at Baba’s is more like an espresso grind. I will have to find out what she uses. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

An experiment in living life fully. Archive for April, 2010. The best day off. On April 26, 2010 Leave a Comment. I’ve had a near perfect day today. It started with little A sleeping in an hour later than normal. This means she was raring to go at 7AM instead of 6. A pause in the writing of this post to look up “raring to go.” I’ve never actually written it out before and now it brings to mind the obvious question of how exactly does one “rare”? Now, I can continue with my mind at ease…. Another brief pa...

Her food allergies seem to be diminishing, hurray! Fell into a heap. But the people were happy, that was more important to me.

Coffee: Baba-style | The Inevitable Pear

https://inevitablepear.wordpress.com/2010/04/21/coffee-baba-style

An experiment in living life fully. Laquo; Thank you J. So how was the coffee? April 21, 2010 by inevitablepear. The first time making Turkish coffee at home with my new briki. I stumbled upon a lovely way to make Turkish coffee the other day- using cardamom in the brewing process. What a tasty idea! Yes, I may be terribly slow and the last person to know about this, but I was excited. But… if she is letting me serve the coffee to her guests, it can’t be all that bad! After doing all this research and le...

May 6, 2010 by feastingwithfriends. So this night a couple of weeks ago, we started with homemade bread with oil, garlic and oregano drizzled over the top and served hot. We then had homemade fettucini with a basic tomato sauce. As you have probably already gathered I absolutely LOVE homemade pasta! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

The world is not a wish-granting factory. Thoughts from a Coffeeshop. People are boring. We avidly resist change. We find comfort in routine and familiar scents. One may have to bear immense pain before they get what they've always wished for — Happiness! July 29, 2016. As the retreated form of Khushi and Arnav disappeared quickly, Nani looked at the faces of all the people in the living room. Ok Post nº 10 on the last day before 2010! I already posted a live performance before. About this album and these guys, but it's inevitable to talk about it again. Today, this is my favourite album of 2009. This album was released on the 6th of January and was produced by band memebers Avey Tare, Panda Bear and Geologist (without Deakin this time) and Ben Allen (engineering and mixing). Why the name Merriweather Post Pavilion? Represents this for us.". Happy New Year, and remember. A hint: the original.
