Getting back into training has been a huge struggle. I felt like I was starting from the very beginning with only a few weeks left to go. Week 10 (April 21 - April 27). Running: Sunday 6 miles, Tuesday 3.75 miles, Thursday 3.75 miles. Strength training: Monday and Wednesday. Week 11 (April 28 - May 4) *no pain in ankle, at all*. Yoga: Sunday and Friday.

I'm just another fat girl trying to un-fat herself, get fitter and be healthy. Saturday, February 15, 2014. Weigh-in #7 - 2014. I gained 2lbs this week. In the last 2 weeks I've gained 4lbs. That means I've only lost 1.75lbs since the start of the year. I did eat a lot last week, so I think I deserve the weight gain. I thought they said rum.
