I am constantly at the moment especially at home.got this tremendous feeling of overwhelment. That this is all to hard, that I don't have enough time, that I have so much to do and no time. Well yesterday, I attempted my C25k run Week k, running the 3 minutes and 5 minutes, well I didn't even get half way into the 5 minutes before I bowed out.I was a little disappointed.but I couldn't at the time breath, so I though that it was best to just slow it down and see what comes of just walking.
