Sunday, October 10, 2010. For date night we decided it would be fun to go to the State Fair! We watched a hypnotist show and pet some sweet animals, it was fun! I also had my first funnel cake. Luis was surprised that I had never had funnel cake, so he made sure that I got one. It was pretty good:). He didn't like to be poked though. We also go to pet some sheep, they were cute! Sunday, August 29, 2010. All summer, Karli and I have been planning on going on the Steward Falls hike. Well, we finally did it! And it was so much fun:) We met at Subway and had dinner and then embarked on our journey. I was the only one who hadn't been on it before and both Karli and Luis told me that it was a very easy hike. Practically like a nature walk. Haha they were wrong! Thursday, March 11, 2010. We finally found a doctor who would see me, Dr. Clark. He was a really great guy:) At this point I was still bleeding pretty bad, but I didn't have cramps. He tried to do an ultrasound and couldn't really see anything so he sent me for a blood test and then sent me to get an intravaginal ultrasound. I know, sounds fun eh? Things I've learned so far from being a Mom. 1 Having a messy house is not a big deal. 2 How to have ten minute showers. 3 How to get ready for the day in half an hour. 4 Walks preserve sanity, even if they must be taken in Walmart. 5 Giggles are the sweetest sound in the world. 6 Pacifiers are a blessing and a curse. 7 It is possible to function on less than 5 hours of sleep. 8 Shots are traumatic for both mom and baby. 9 Hairspray for Lily's hair is not a good idea. Sunday, October 10, 2010. We had our ultra sound a few weeks ago and I forgot to post. We are both very excited. Here's all of our ultrasounds.
