The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page. – St. Augustine. München mit meinem Freund. Posted by Jessica M. February 9, 2012. 1/19: On Thursday night, Chris arrived from London at about 9 pm. I was so excited to see him! We caught up on the long train ride back to Munich from the airport and then exchanged presents as soon as we arrived back to my tiny room. I had gotten him an FC Bayern München soccer practice jersey, which I think he loved! 1/21: My parents and friends know how ...

On Friday night, we had to see a play called Die Dreigroschenoper by Bertolt Brecht. I really enjoyed the play and it was a great example of Epic Theater… the music was awesome as well! 2/2: I couldn’t ...

The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page. – St. Augustine. Rome, pt. 2). Posted by Jessica M. February 29, 2012. We also stopped at McDonald’s on the way to the fountain, and I got to try a Baci McFlurry! I wish they sold those outside of Italy! However, I’m still really glad we decided to spend a long time wandering around there under the bright sun on such a warm day! By the time we left, it was pretty late. On our way home, a very funny coincidence happened. All of us ...I don...

Theresa picked us up just as it started raining, and we went back to her house which her, which is about a half hour drive outside the city limits, near another town called Erlangen. The town was so cute, her house was beautiful… but my favorite part was her pug, Bala! I played with him for so long that we were almost late to go out! 12/18: On Sunday, we ...
