So thanks to my friend Liz Daw for sharing. We have this often at our house and we LOVE it! Sorry, my picture stinks I know. I am still working on taking good food pictures. What You Will Need:. Pork Roast (we like to buy the little 3lb ones at Costco, but they are just perfect for our family). 1/2 cup hot water. 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce.

Saturday, June 19, 2010. I love strawberries, especially this time of year. This salad is easy to make, light, and tastes pretty refreshing this time of year. (someday I will post pictures with my posts). 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon poppy seeds. 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted. 8 ounces (1 1/2 cups) strawberries, hulled and quartered. 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced and cut in half. 1/4 cup small red onion, sliced into thin wedges. 1 package (6 ounces) baby spinach.
