I was able to get some canning done this year and there is something so amazing about canning and feeling productive! I made raspberry jam,apple butter jam,and apple squares all in one day! Friday, May 16, 2014. So it's been a while, but here we are living in New York for the summer and we couldn't be any happier! JP got an internship at a company called BioLite so we flew out to this big city on Monday and had a little vacation before he started! I'm pretty sure we've been everywhere, and we only got lost on the Subway once! We went shopping in SoHo, checked out where JP would work in DUMBO Brooklyn and of course went there shopping too! Either way it was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves.
