View my complete profile. Friday, June 18, 2010. In May, Bev. And 3 other girlfriends chartered a yacht. From Hamilton Is and sailed around the Whitsunday. Islands for 5 days. They sailed through the day. Exploring the many waterways and landing on some. Of the islands and then tying up to a mooring for the night. They had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. And yes in case you were wondering I was really pissed off. It was a girls only trip. I flew to Airlie. Where we went to the flying ...

Oli, Rosie & Sid: Spring
http://olivergibbs.blogspot.com/2010/09/spring.html
Oli, Rosie and Sid. Monday, September 27, 2010. We took Sid to Hagley Park today for the obligatory 'baby in the daffodils' photos. We parked by our old house on Bealey Ave and walked to Procope for a coffee first. A lot of the shops around there have been damaged or demolished and it is looking quite different. This church on the corner of Bealey Ave and Victoria St is still off limits. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Step on a crack. Christchurch, New Zealand. View my complete profile.

Oli, Rosie & Sid: February 2010
http://olivergibbs.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Oli, Rosie and Sid. Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Coffee roasting, in the traditional city way. Today I had my first go at roasting green coffee beans. I bought Columbian 'Excelso' beans online, and used a hot air popcorn popper to do the roasting. Thank you Julia for the popper, which now has a very short life expectancy since it has oils from the beans through its insides. Strangely enough, green beans smell a bit like a cross between burnt plastic and flaked chillis, so I did the roasting outside.

Blake, Adrianne, Flynn and Ben's Globetrotting Experience. Sunday, December 15, 2013. Our beautiful boy turned six on November 20th! Here he proudly shows us his two grown-up lower middle teeth. The morning started with present-opening of course. Flynn was a very happy chappy and loved all his presents and cards! Hey Benjy, have you seen my remote control? Then time for cake no.1. This one was a lemon-coconut cream cake, with macaroons on top! Blake´s favourite way to relax and unwind in the weekend.

View my complete profile. Friday, May 14, 2010. OK So it's been 6 months. We are busy people. I'm not sure what we are busy doing ,but here are. Some photos of us being busy. In October/Nov I went down to Temuka. About 6500 cows (that's busy). Bev. Came down a couple of times. And on my time off we explored south Canterbury. This was at the Mt John observatory near Tekapo. The drive around the Hydro lakes is really scenic. We got up as far as to Mt Cook village but unfortunately. To spend the day. Your f...

Dave&Bev: December 2010
http://davebevwarren.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
View my complete profile. Wednesday, December 22, 2010. Well the biggest event that has happened since my last blog is that Bev and myself are now grandparents. Kelly and her partner Matiu had a baby boy in early November. His name is Tyson , and is a cute cuddly solid little man and doing really well so far. He had his plunket visit today and he is 14lbs already. We are really enjoying being grandparents even though it's hard to accept the term "grandparent". Anyway we had a great time with the O'Dowd's...

Blake, Adrianne, Flynn and Ben's Globetrotting Experience. Friday, September 19, 2014. The best way to get to Charlotte's family in Sweden is to fly into Copenhagen, Denmark - which is closer than Sweden's Stockholm airport. Having never been to Copenhagen before, we decided to stay a night on the way home from Vitaby and check it out. We were pleased with our decision as it's a beautiful and compact city, great for a quick visit. But more importantly, also a playground. Look mum, I laid an egg! This wat...

Blake, Adrianne, Flynn and Ben's Globetrotting Experience. Saturday, May 30, 2015. A few days after his birthday, he had his party. We did the traditional thing with games and prizes and lots of mayhem. The boys looking their best. Table ready. check. Let the fun begin! Egg and spoon's always a winner. There were two teams in an egg and spoon relay - the tension was palpable, the mood was high. Do not drop the egg, do not drop the egg". Do I get a prize mum? Finally, pinata time! Posted by Adrianne Kelly.
