Well, I'm back from an almost 3 week vacation, and while we had a lot of fun visiting with our granddaughters and our daughter and son-in-law, I'm afraid my "eating program" and exercise program was not as good as I had hoped it would be. As I post this, it's Saturday night and we have been on three long rides; two yesterday and one today. We live close to the Provo River Trail, so we have been going over there.
