Kath Eats Real Food. December 7, 2007 at 3:07 pm. I’m in the airport, another $7.99 contributed to the wireless internet bank account! Flight this morning went well, and our client presentation went very well. Started the day at 4:00 am and was at the airport and through security by 5:30. I stopped in Starbucks for my latte. For breakfast I packed a PB Banana Honey. I had some seltzer. On the plane – no photo. It was boring. And half a mini box of raisins. I was reading about the glycemic index. In advan...

Kath Eats Real Food. Homemade Healthy Cranberry Sauce. Here’s my recipe for cranberry sauce that I posted in the comments. Thought some of you might want to try it! So once you have everything in the pot, cook it on medium heat until all the berries start to pop open and spray their gel all around the pot. I usually keep cooking until all the water is absorbed, about 10-15 minutes. Be careful – the pot has a tendency to boil over if you don’t watch it! 1 Comment Add your own. Sheila Live Well 360.

I know, I know, there are plenty of “cooler” hobbies out therebut hey, to each her own, right? Lately I’ve been trying to make the most of summer fruit, which has led me to treats that feature it in it’s most basic state. What’s the most classic summer dessert (other than ice cream)?
