My 101 in 1001 Journey: Long time, no post
http://natalie101in1001.blogspot.com/2013/02/long-time-no-post.html
My 101 in 1001 Journey. Monday, February 18, 2013. Long time, no post. These past few weeks have been so busy! So major highlights in the past few weeks:. 1 Steve and I set a wedding date! March 22, 2014. We found a reception place that is beautiful and (relatively) affordable. I say relatively because the sticker shock on all of this wedding stuff is crazy! And I'm super excited about it! That's all for now! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Katie's 101 Things in 1001 Days.

My 101 in 1001 Journey. Friday, January 04, 2013. Thanks for stopping by my little piece of the interwebs. I wanted to start this blog to document progress on my 101 in 1001 list. For those who don't know me, I'm doing this for my dear friend Laura. Let me take the time and tell you a little about her. In November 2010, Laura became ill. You can read her account of how she initially became sick here. Start: 1/1/13 End: 9/29/15. Learn how to knit. Pay off credit card debt. Make one new recipe a month.

My 101 in 1001 Journey. Thursday, January 17, 2013. As for the classics, I decided to start with Les Mis, mostly due to all the hype the movie is getting. Steve says this is one of the best books he's ever read. I'm having the hardest time getting through it. I'm about 100 pages in (only 900 more to go), and nothing is happening! I'm just hoping that it's one of those books that is slow at first, but then the story picks up, because right now it's grueling to get through. Has anyone read this? Http:/ pic...

My 101 in 1001 Journey: New Recipes

My 101 in 1001 Journey. Sunday, January 06, 2013. 1 Meatball Sub Casserole. Http:/ www.thecountrycook.net/2012/05/meatball-sub-casserole-and-giveaway.html. I thought this recipe was good, but the cream cheese and the mayo made it a little heavy for me. If I were to make it again, I would eliminate the cream cheese/mayo spread, and maybe use ricotta cheese instead, use more meatballs, and add another layer of Italian bread. It's definitely worth trying. Steve enjoyed it. 3 Enchilada Pasta Casserole. I'm a...
