On nw 31st. the well established brewery has the food down to the tee (delicious), good beer, but the ambiance of a family restaurant. think outback steakhouse with brighter lighting and less ‘down under’ knickknacks… noisy small children running around was not what i had in mind for a pub crawl. Place all ingredients in crock pot. 2 hours on high, 7 hours on low. shred and drain excess juice. take out guajillos before serving.*. 4 lb beef chuck roast. 1 jar Pace mild salsa. 1 can black beans. 2 guajillo peppers (STEMMED and SEEDED). 1 Tbs cayenne pepper.
