Downing Table for Six. January 24, 2015. We got to have a family fun day in Indianapolis, thanks to a Christmas gift from Josh's Uncle John and Aunt Becky. Our first stop was a candy store we had seen on TV, Rocket Fizz. It was fun to look around. We let each of the kids choose one thing to take to the main event, Disney on Ice! We had great seats for the show! After the show, we had a yummy dinner at P.F. Chang's. It's becoming a family favorite! I'm always thankful for great family days like this!

Picture of my eye. Thursday, May 17, 2012. I am a mom. There are so many things I love about this role. I love the feel of pudgy arms wrapping around my neck for a tight squeeze. I love hearing my name called in high pitched voices from around the house. Picture of my eye. Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Adrienne's Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe. 2/3 cup evaporated milk. 1 cup peanut butter. 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme. Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until melted, add marshmallow creme and vanilla and beat with mixer until well blended. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cook to room temperature. Tuesday, March 12, 2013. 1 cup chopped pecans.

Downing Table for Six. August 31, 2014. We had a laid back celebration at home for Josh's birthday this year. Hannah made Josh a crown at Kindergarten since that is the tradition in her classroom. She really wanted him to wear it to the Illini football game the next day, but Josh said he was worried it would get ruined if it rained. Jadyn was able to be apart of Laney's 3on3 in Quincy's Gus Macker this past weekend. She had alot of fun just knowing she was on the team. She went in 1 game for a short time to play but was embarrassed and didn't want people to make fun of her. I thought she did good while she was in though! It was a very hot day.
